What is the deadline to file an objection to confirmation

NORTHERN DISTRICT

Objections can be filed up to and including the day of confirmation, unless a deadline is set in the first day order or Notice of Confirmation.

MIDDLE DISTRICT

Objections can be filed up to and including the day of confirmation, unless a deadline is set in the first day order or Notice of Confirmation.

SOUTHERN DISTRICT

Objections must be filed by the 341 meeting where the objection is based on anything other than value. An Objection based on value can be filed up to and including the day of confirmation. NOTE - Deadline set by Local Rule, and stated on the docket.
